As the largest coffeehouse brand in the Nordic countries, Espresso House is now conquering Germany. With a modern, rustic design, the shops catch your eye and invite you for a Special Brew coffee.
The latest coffee shop, for which we as GC are responsible, opened in the Westfield Hamburg-Überseequartier. We present the pictures here. An exciting project in an exciting location. Our long-standing cooperation also began in Hamburg. The first shop was the highly frequented coffee bar in the "Europa Passage", which we remodelled in a very small space. This was followed by many other projects in prime locations and of various sizes, including the beautiful Berlin coffee shops at the TV tower and Potsdamer Platz.
As general contractor, we are also responsible for the conversion of Balzac Coffee into Espresso House branches, such as the one on Friedrichstrasse in Berlin.
