Our team consists of project managers, engineers and specialist planners and fully supports you in the realisation of your interior fitting project. Whether it’s a rectangular ‘white box’ in a new building or a listed building in a city centre location where deconstruction is taking place, each project is unique and requires precise preliminary planning. As a general contractor for interior fittings, we work in partnership with architects, retail design offices, project developers and building owners.
We provide solution-oriented support for all technical and manual challenges as early as the design phase, in addition to coordinating planning documents in line with the property’s complexity and structure.
Using implementation planning or the specifications as a basis, we prepare a detailed cost estimate for fitting costs and project management. We are also happy to provide you with active support in complex approval procedures or specialist planning, for example for electrical and HVAC systems.
All of the trades involved in the fitting are combined, scheduled and managed by our project manager in the project schedule during the construction process.
You will have a central contact person who will proactively inform you about and accompany you through the construction progress up to completion. We place particular emphasis on schedule management, cost control and quality assurance.
