The British sportswear giant JD Sports opened its second retail store in Stockholm, Sweden. Located in the Kista Galleria shopping center we had to built up a store within 6 weeks in midsummer time. As the general conductor we were facing the challenge to coordinate the different trades in this special time of the year. Due to our longtime experience in Scandinavia and the meticulous work of the involved projektmanagers we could handover the shop in time.
