We are proud to present the successfully completed project at Spitaler Straße 7-9 in Hamburg. The store, located opposite Edeka and Lego, covers a sales area of 195m², a storage cellar of 220m² and an office on the second floor of 100m². This New Balance store is not only an architectural project, but also a manifestation of our commitment to creating environments that are both aesthetically pleasing and functionally optimized.
In our role as general contractor, we comprehensively oversaw all aspects of the project. This included careful deconstruction, installation of two new floor coverings, drywall, painting, electrical installations and general maintenance. The particular challenges posed by New Balance's unique brand identity were handled with precision and professionalism, resulting in a space that subtly integrates the brand's signature features. The successful completion of this project reflects the expertise and dedication of our team.
