Sparkasse Herford has taken the first step towards digitisation and employee training by establishing theTC21 training camp. The savings bank’s employees and account managers will learn about customer service digital tools in TC21 in inspiring surroundings, where the latest digital features in customer service can be experienced and the employees of the savings bank can be trained on them.
Our design partner moysig Retail Design designed the space as the executing planning office in such a way that an atmosphere was created in which new services do not create blockades or inhibition thresholds, but rather strengthens joint working and team spirit.
